Had a plate with rice, adobo & bbq pork. Overall it was very good. The adobo meat fell off the bone! The pork was really flavorful. The portions were really nice too. I had leftovers for lunch the next day & it was even better! I'd go back and try their other items like a chicken curry and noodles. Service was friendly too. They suggested certain dishes & answered questions. The inside is very small (no chairs or tables), but you order & can sit outside. There's a big patio area for all the restaurants to share seating.

Came here with my cousins for a goodbye lunch before heading back home. It was a cool and interesting experience walking in, considering I knew nothing about the fact that it included Asian foods along with BBQ. I was happy to see that this place offered Pancit, because again, I thought it was straight BBQ. Unfortunately inside is pretty small for a larger group of 2, they really only had tables for 2. Luckily it was in a little shopping center area, so there were tables outside you could sit at. The employees were helpful and friendly to where if we had any questions it would be answered. I would come back here again, the food was delicious and again, loved that they served Pancit. I think this place would be good for you if you love a change to a usual meal, because adding BBQ and Asian foods are always a delight.

Open during the work week where the labor force in and around Sorrento Valley and Mira Mesa are treated to their special marinated barbecue pork, chicken and beef. Bundle it with their pandit noodles and/or fried rice, even us retired folks make it over to NANAY'S BEST to patiently wait in the long line of the hungry work force. Don't forget their scrumptious filipino egg rolls to add for the afternoon break time

We ordered lumpia Shanghai for a Thanksgiving gathering and everyone loved them!! I liked that Nanay's adds a little more veggies. The flavor is simply yummy. I was so impressed and relieved that they happily took my order late in the afternoon the day before Thanksgiving and were working on Thanksgiving day when I arrived to pick up my order. As far as the ambiance, it's small inside, more of an "order your food, pay, and go eat outside" in their nice patio area provided at the food court.

Best Filipino food we've found in the area. Great food, lots of options, everything is delicious. The menu could be easier to understand, and items are not labeled, but I always ask and staff is helpful. It feels a bit hurried because they are always busy and we try to avoid the busy lunch lines.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now, but the hours here are a little weird. They close at 4pm on weekdays and aren't open on the weekends. I finally had a chance to stop by during their open hours and I'm so glad I got to try it! Service was super friendly and the area had tons of parking. I got the two entree with half fried rice and half pancit (50 cent extra for pancit) and BBQ chicken and BBQ pork. Everything was so good and the portions are big - definitely could feed 2 people or 1 very hungry person.

This hole-in-the-wall is a great place to stop by in the Sorrento Plaza if you're looking for a quick and delicious bite. They serve Filipino and Asian entrees cafeteria-style. You can get an affordable combo with rice and be out the door in minutes!

Filipino fast food. Kind of like a Panda Express approach. Choose 1 or 2 entrees and a side. Seems to be very popular with a long line at lunch. But the line moves quickly. Not much indoor seating. Huge outdoor seating area. Popular items seem to be the sliced BBQ chicken, BBQ pork, Curry Chicken, and Garlic Fried Rice. I got the BBQ chicken which was great. The sausage which reminded me of an Asian sweet sausage. But this sausage was thick and soft with no snap to the bite. It had a great taste but I was slightly weirded out by it for some reason. The noodles were super thin angel hair and reminded me of Singapore Noodles. Next time I'll try the BBQ Pork, Curry Chicken, and Garlic Fried Rice.
